Your are welcome to use the harbour as address for parcels to your yacht.
It's of uttermost importance for the paper handling
that you mark every paper and parcel with
yacht's and skipper's name
To
"Name of yacht" - "name of skipper"

Due to no permanent "office hours" at the marina, we use the street address of grocery store Spar Norheimsund as postal address.
The parcels may then be picked up at the store by yachts crew or brought to the clubhouse by our volunteers.
The org. no is useful in international deliveries.
On lucky days the fowarding company (UPS, Fedex, USPS, DHL, ...) will then
prepay taxes,
immediately send the goods through to us and
invoice the harbour afterwards.
We then put the costs on your bill with a 25% carrying charge.
Parcels use to arrive successfully, but we have to state that the concept and idea of our harbour prohibit us to take any responsibility if anything should go wrong.

The Board has in meeting Wednesday June 18th 2025 stated the following distinctions:
- The main objective of Norheimsund Gjestehamn is to provide short time berthing capabilities to visiting yachts in the village of Norheimsund.
- The harbour is not intended to be an all year homeport for yachts.
- Wintering yachts are though welcome.
- Wintering yachts have to keep away from the harbour in main season.
- A few wintering yachts whose owners are not able to pick up the vessel, are welcomed to remain in harbour until owner is ready for departure.
- The Hardanger Wooden Boat Festival which occupies the harbour second weekend of June every year, demands every berth. Remaining wintering yachts at that time will, with patience and love, be warped to nearby available marinas.
- Wooden boats participating in the festival are welcomed to stay for a reasonable period ahead of, through and past the festival.
- The parking of cars quayside is regulated to maximum 2 hours during daytime. The Board supports this. Longtime carparking must be found at the perimeter of the village.
- The Board may in special cases wihout any further notice amend these rules.
